U19 Crude Pre-Season Practice

Practices are scheduled under the current restrictions imposed by the province of Alberta. Please follow the Field House Guidelines for information from the city of St. Albert that all participants, spectators and parents are to follow that will allow us to gather for these practices.

Please read this letter from the RMLL in regards to return to activities. You must also complete the RMLL intent-to-play at https://rockymountainlax.com/intent-to-play/

Practices are $10 Per Floor time. The floor will be split in two, with 10 people per half of the floor (including goalie and coach). There is to be no crossing the floor half and social distancing guidelines must be followed. Time spent getting to the floor and exiting the floor must be kept to a minimum. Spectators are currently not allowed inside the building.

Because the Crude staff cannot be inside the building, your online registration/paperwork must be completed online BEFORE you attend a practice.

Use the RAMP application on your phone to complete the Covid questionnaire and to mark if you are attending, or not.
